At DTC, we've meticulously designed our Career Navigator Program to serve as a comprehensive "One Stop Shop," ensuring that every candidate receives the attention and support they need for a successful career journey.
Our commitment begins with the initial contact, where we perform intake services, offer dedicated case management, and deliver tailored program services to participants. Aligned with the requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), our eligibility criteria ensure that individuals aged 18 and older, residing in Wayne County, facing unemployment or underemployment, meeting FPG Guidelines, living in Qualified Census Tracts, and impacted by the Covid-19 Pandemic can benefit from our program.
